Warranty
The manufacturer will replace or repair defective product within a specified period of time from date of purchase, typically 1 to 10 years for normal use. Please inquire about warranty
Returns & Exchanges
MANY OF OUR ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE MANUFACTURING BEGINS. PLEASE CONFIRM ORDERS CAREFULLY.
IT IS EASY TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT PRIOR TO DELIVERY. PLEASE REQUEST COLOR SAMPLES PRIOR TO ORDERING.
Each of our manufacturrs carefully inspects their products prior to shipment. The quality of each productsis guaranteed. In the event damage occurrs to your merchandise during transit, we will accept the return or exchange of those items, but we must be notified as soon as you receive your shipment. Call us at 410.267.1046 so that we can assist you to make replacement arrangements.
In the event that a product needs to be returned for reasons other than damage or defects, the purchaser will be assessed shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee paid. Custom manufactured orders are not returnable.
Save your packaging! All returns must be made in the original packaging in which items were shipped.
