Call for pricing and to place orders. *lightweight planters have a $25 price increase for premium colors: CF, MD, SW, BK, CB, R, C, SS, IW, CE Warranty The manufacturer will replace or repair defective parts within a specified period of time after purchase. Please check your manufacturer’s warranty carefully. Replacements and repairs must be made in conjunction with the manufacturer, but call us so that we can assist you with that process. Please inquire about warranty timeframes for your specific products. Replacments for defective parts will be reshipped at the manufacturer's expense. Returns & Exchanges MANY OF OUR ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED ONCE MANUFACTURING BEGINS. PLEASE CONFIRM ORDERS CAREFULLY. IT IS EASY TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT PRIOR TO DELIVERY. PLEASE REQUEST FABRIC, FRAME AND/OR COLOR SAMPLES. WE WILL HAPPILY SEND THEM TO YOU. Each of our manufacturers carefully inspects products prior to shipment. The quality of each product is guaranteed. In the event damage occurs to your merchandise during transit, we will accept the return or exchange of those items, but we must be notified as soon as you receive your shipment. In the event that a product needs to be returned for reasons other than damage or defects, the purchaser will be assessed shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee paid. Custom manufactured orders are not returnable. Save your packaging! All returns must be made in the original packaging in which items were shipped.
